Dslazy is a GUI frontend for ndstool, and ndstool.exe can also be downloaded as part of that package. It will be easy for you. Try it!

Okay..just forget everything. Starting with ndstool:

Open the ms-dos console, go to the directory where you have both files and type this:

Click Start>RUN>CMD:

Type this:

For my example and your can be different:

cd..
cd..
cd Nintendo

It will show this:

C:\Nintendo>

C:\Nintendo\cd no$gba 2.3a

then it will show this:

C:\Nintendo\No$gba 2.3a>

Now....type this:

C:\Nintendo\No$gba 2.3a>ndstool -se stlw.nds

encrypted.

See ? Try it!

No, that is my way to do that. Your can be different. If you want to be like mine. Do this:

You need to rename first: -0762_-_Ryuusei_no_RockMan_Dragon_JPN_NDS-WRG.nds to RNRD.nds.

Then try C:\Nintendo\No$gba 2.3a>ndstool -se RNRD.nds in ms dos as I explained to you already.

EDIT: Remember this game is not fully playable! It is just playable. It is hard to see in cyberworld because 3-D is not fully emulated yet. It is worthless for now.
