Multiple emulation
I noticed in the options that I could emulate more than one gameboy/NDS but I'm having trouble getting it to work; basically I have no control over the second panel that opens up after I increase it, I can't mount other ROMs and if I manage to mount two ROMs at the same time(by restarting the emu) then I cannot control it. Some help would be appreciated.

If you had bothered to read the stickied FAQ you would have found out that that's a GBA feature ONLY. NO LINKING OF DS GAMES IS POSSIBLE.
