Emulator problem
I love the no$gba emulator to death, but I am having a minor problem. It isn't making it unplayable, just highly annoying. It runs the game normally for a while at 90-110% and a good fps rate. But then it will just randomly drop into the 20-50% range. I'm almost certain that the problem isn't my computer because I have played some high end pc games like Age of Empires 3 on it. Is there anyone that can give me some suggestions? Thanks in advance

Age of Empires 3 is high-end? what? maybe 4 years ago but now when people talk of high-end then they would be talking of Supreme Commander which is one of the most CPU demanding RTS PC games there is, just like no$gba is very CPU demanding. That said though no$gba only uses one core of your system unlike Supreme Commander and barely uses your graphics card at all so running PC games well means very little when it comes to no$gba and other emulators. So yes it could very well be your computer is too weak, or it could be overheating, or it could simply be a section in the game no$gba does not emulate well enough yet and that it slows down on everyone's system.

Try using NO$Zoomer 2.3.0.2, and try using any EX... if you're using NO$GBA 2.6a, because if you don't use NO$GBA 2.6a, then it's useless.

He considers AoE3 High End so it's most likely at Athlon XP level or perhaps a P4...
