found the screen zoom sections and a few other programs

which is the best one?

My computer is not too powerful but can play PSX games with all the graphics options om full blast without no slow down. Here are specs

1.4ghz dual processor
128mg RAM
64meg Nvidia video card(i think its Nvidia or GForce)

Since No$GBA doesn't support dual-core, 1,4GHz might even be too low to produce stable framerates. A Core Duo might have a well enough optimization, though. Best try and see for yourself.
The best zooming app at the moment is No$Zoomer 2.3.0.2.
