nogba stretch

Is there anyway to stretch(fill) no gba 2.6a to fullscreen with good quality?Help me!

Try NO$Zoomer 2.3.0.2 and find a option in the add-on which allows you to play in full-screen.

Good Quality depends on whether you find the filters to be good quality, if you're not happy with the filters then no it's impossible to stretch with good quality.
