NO$GBA GS/AR/CB Pokemon Leaf Green Issue

Ok so I download the pokemon Rom set and NO$GBA V2.6a and decided to use Action Replay to get infinite pokeballs. My problem here is that my save is corrupted and I'm unable to trade pokemons between the other pokemon games

Well my question is, how come a lot of the codes from codebreaker,action replay, and game shark's website do not work with the rom ? I think I'm able to fix the problem if I can somehow delete my TM Case but none of the codes to place another item over my TM case are working. I need help I really want to transfer my hours of play over.

If you have any suggestions, besides obviously starting again, leave a message or even better if u can/want to sahre you GBA pokemon saves w me that would rock !

P.S. I can upload my saved game if that would help you solve my problem !
