The World Ends With You No$Zoomer graphics issue

Has anyone experienced color changes in The World Ends With You in No$Zoomer 2.3.0.2 coupled with No$GBA 2.6a? I have. It happens after 15-20 minutes of gameplay. Restarting the emulator everytime it happens to fix it is pretty annoying for me so I'd appreciate it if anyone has a permanent fix for this.

If you mean the rainbow effects during cutscenes and while Neku is "focusing", as if Neku took LSD, it is a known issue with no fix ATM. It's a minor artifact and only really annoying during the ending cutscene, though.
