This thread got dug up more than once already. You might have done better to make an own thread, but what's done is done.
To address your problem: You use No$Zoomer 2.3.0.1; the Extra options only appear on .2, but some of those (like EX4, in your case) are automatically active on .1.
You should set your Emulation Speed under "No$GBA->Options->Emulation Options" to "Realtime, Auto" and the sound options to "Digital Mono" and 11kHz sampling rate.

Just tried that, and no dice. I'll keep trying to play with settings on my own, and if you have anything else I can try I'd really appreciate it.

EDIT - Switching the renderer in Emulation Setup to "opengl" fixes the problem, but if I remember correctly, it causes the "invisible text" problem to come back. Will investigate further after dinner...

i never had those annoying texture (but before using no$zoomer yes)

try to use nocash render on no$gba 2.6a and directx render on no$zoomer 2.3.0.2 (you better upgrade it)

also desmume works like charm, only it slower than no$zoomer (i play on my 2nd rig laptop, but if you use 2ghz core duo processor with 1 gb ram it you will not notice it)

"Upgrade" was a bad choice of words there, as you need to replace No$Zoomer 2.3.0.1 with the new .2 version (or if you don't have it, get .2 from the beginning).

You need to set the language to English (Squall Leonhart). The Felix one is for .1.

Which version of the emu are you using? Also, when you extract the No$Zoomer to your no$gba folder, does it have a file call "English (Squall Leonhart).dll" inside the Lang folder?

wat do u mean?can u tell me the steps 1 by 1?i don really understand..
and i opened the no$gba with the no$zoomer but it doesn't come out like the 1 dels showed on the 1st page..only like the normal no$gba...and the words also didn't showed up when choosing gender..

You need the "English (Squall Leonhart).dll" in the "Lang" folder. Then open No$Zoomer, and select it under Other->Language. That should open up the Extras tab under Others. Then select EX4 from there.

Delete firmware.bin, NDSBIOS7.rom and NDSBIOS9.rom from your No$GBA folder.
