I should have ask this in my previous post. Anyways, does the error pop up right after you try running No$Zoomer or after you selected a game? Also, try deleting no$gba.ini file.

Since I don't know which version of No$Zoomer you have (forgot to ask about this -.-), try downloading No$Zoomer from Squall's latest post. If that doesn't work, then try creating a fresh new no$gba folder, and move/copy no$gba.exe to the file. Afterwards, extract No$Zoomer files to the new no$gba folder.

well... i did sort of fix it, since something went wrong on my graphic card, i had to reinstall the drivers with my graphic card driver cd.

oddly enough, it fixed the problem too.

still, if id update my card again, im afraid it might mess up again :/

"Radeon x1650 Pro" is my card.

tho, an non updated driver can't be a good thing either.

tried both versions btw, 2.3.0.1 got the error, and 2.3.0.2 just didnt do anything :/

Sorry if this question has been answered previously, I did skim through the topic and didn't see it. Is there a way to make the fullscreen view limit the degree to which it scales? My monitor fits a 2x scaled display with just a few pixels of extra space; but when I set it to fullscreen, it stretches to fit the full height of the monitor and looks a bit weird. Thanks for any help, and again my apologies if this question has already been asked and answered.

Only myZoom has controllable screen ratio in fullscreen mode.

So if you need the No$Zoomer fixes you will have to be content without fullscreen where the screen sizes and ratios are perfectly toggelable.

By screen ratio I meant, like setting the screen from 1.75x to 2x...something which has no effect in fullscreen...I should have rather said zoom ratio I guess.

And another problem that I thought I'd finally get around to asking about.

It's been happening ever since I started using No$Zoomer, but it didn't really get annoying until recently. Every once in a while, it will randomly crash. By every once in a while, I mean it's now happening about once every half hour. No$Gba never crashed for me before, so I'm not too sure why No$Zoomer is making it do so. The error message I get is something along the lines of "unhandled win32 exception occurred". Any help with this would be great -- I've looked up that error message online and some people had it occur with other programs, saying it has to do with Visual Studio or something. I don't really understand, but I tried their fixes and it didn't work.

Some other problems that may or may not be associated -- I've got the same problem as peek with the Extra options. I tried the PatchFlag=33 solution, but that didn't work either. Doesn't really matter to me, though, since I'm not playing any of those games. The other problem I have is that when I unzip No$Zoomer, it gives me the error message, "Attach.dll not found" or something like that. It shows up in my folder anyway, so I just ignored it.

Thanks again.

That's your typical generic windows error message.
Try deleting no$gba.ini and setting no$gba up as needed again, hopefully that should fix it if it's not caused by any particular game or is not one of the few random crashes some people experience with no$gba.

Try redownloading No$Zoomer again. If that doesn't work, then scan your computer for any virus.

Thankyou to everyone that has anything to do with this program, lol. Finally I can play The world ends with you, and the static gone from drawn to life, I was getting sick of playing with no sound

One small thing though I am using the version Squall posted and when I click on the noise suppression option it works ie the static goes away, but there is no tick next to the option and when the screen changes in drawn to life (the only game I have that requires it at the moment) from the loading screen to the menu, or loading levels in game, the noise comes back and I have to go to the menu and click the option again, does this happen to anyone else? Is there a way to turn it on permanantly? it won't hurt to have it on in games that don't need it will it?

I am using no$gba 2.6a
no$zoomer 2.3.0.2 (squalls link)
and on vista ultimate x64

Thanks again
Az

Hmm, IIRC you can set a shortcut button for this noise suppression feature. That being done, you can press that particular button whenever you want to get rid of the noise. I don't think it goes permanently suppressing the noise.

It's better to change the translation to "Autofire" instead of "Turbo."

ive got a weird problem with final fantasy 4 it was working just fine with the older version of no$zoomer but the new version just puts my game at only 60% unless i tick the 5th extra option which speeds the sound up to normal but the game is really slow still. any idea why?

have you tried configuring the new no$zoomer so that it has the same settings with the old one? When I first downloaded it, it has a different settings that slowed some game. I tweaked some config and then it runs just fine. I never activate the EX options when playing FFIV, as it slows it down.
