actually it uses .dsv, but it can import .sav files and if there is no other type of save file it should default to any raw save file.

You would first have to covert the save from a no$gba save to a raw save using a website the website bellow.
Savegames Converter website

Check the DeSmuME FAQ or post on their official forums on their site for further help.

Hey!.. I've just downloaded pokemon diamond and really really really really really want to play it but can't seem to load the game.. will tell you every detail i can..

-no$gba 2.6
-1015 - Pokemon Diamond (U)(Legacy).nds rom came with a lgc-pkmd.nfo
-eNDryptS Advanced.exe decrypter
-biosnds7.rom, biosnds9.rom, BIOSGBA.ROM, firmware.bin

-last time when i dragged the rom into the emulator, the game couldn't load saying "the save data could not be accessed. please turn the power off and reinsert the ds card"
-problem changed after i changed the emulator options : reset/startup entrypoint - GBA bios (nintendo logo)
-now the game can load to a top screen showing a clock and calender, and a bottom screen showing a pokeball logo with the name pokemon diamond nintendo, pictochat, ds download play, "there is no game pak inserted.

So how do I get the game to load and what settings? sorry its my first time downloading a ds emulator and rom.. but just had to try the now pokemon series.. =D.. can somebody PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE teach me how?.. even better if you could mail me @ punked_711@hotmail.com

Q32a. Also, you can use Numpad+ for short-time speed bursts.

Is there anything that can be done to make it work? Any help is appreciated.
Just for everyones information, No$Zoomer is working as of one of the most recent versions of WINE, name 1.1.25. Trying any earlier version of this leads to a misleading result...no$gba will open up but no$zoomer will not!! I am currently running Ubuntu Linux (Hardy Heron) and using Wine 1.1.25!

As for me, I normally use desmume because it is such a great emulator with awesome sound quality! But it does take a monster computer to run (I have my Intel duo Core overclocked at 3.4 GHZ) and it doesn't run The World Ends With You! I find the tag team of desmume / No$Zoomer makes for a lethal combination which has currently put my usual PS1 emulation on hold!!

Aha. I just downloaded the Darwine version of 1.1.25, and now the situation has changed... But I still can't use No$Zoomer.

When I attempt to open up No$Zoomer, now a window actually opens that seems to be No$Zoomer. However, this window is:
1) larger (taller) than the height of the laptop screen.
2) completely white, save for the black bar in the middle (which I assume is to separate the two "screens" of the emulator). It remains this way even after a ROM is loaded (I know that the ROM is loading because I can hear the audio, but I can't see the video).

Suggestions?

Oh wow! It seems that the resolution of your screen for some reason is too small to contain the no$Zoomer window! What resolution are you running at? I start at 1680x1050. On a side not, one of the neat things about running Windowmaker in Linux is the ability to grab a window anywhere...not just on the titlebar and drag it! That would be good in this case for troubleshooting purposes since you could drag the window down and at least see the titlebar! heeheh But that is not going to help here...

What are your Wine settings for dealing with Graphics and Window Settings? Are you emulating a virtual desktop? I'm not sure how Darwine works but in normal Wine you can run a program called "winecfg" and a dialog pops up where you can change various Graphics and Window Settings parameters. Try experimenting with the Virtual Desktop settings. That is when your program runs inside of a huge window which is supposed to represent a complete desktop. I don't use that myself but maybe if it is enabled and the desktop is set to a low resolution like 320x240 so you could make it larger? Or disable it if it is enabled? Try experimenting!

How big is the no$gba program when you run it alone without no$zoomer. If it takes up a lot of space and most of your desktop then you know your resolution is very low because the no$gba window is very tiny by default!!

I hope you get this straightned out! NO$Zoomer is too much fun not to use so good luck and tell me what happens!! :-) Best of luck my friend!!

@cmgdodgers: HTML code =/= BB Code; you can find working BB codes here.
EDIT: As for using Youtube-Nocookie, a quick Google-search showed this...

The thing is, the youtube link that cmgdodgers posted has nothing to do with no$zoomer. It's about how to use cheat codes to get legendary pokemon in Ruby and Saphire. And I just checked the youtube link that he posted, which contains a warez site on its video description.

Also, I think that user posted the same youtube video on the other thread that Cid removed.

Actually, by the time of this post he has 3 posts, all of which featured this same link.
@cmg: There is a REASON these links get edited away by mods...

I just got it from the first post of this thread. I'll try .2 and edit with results.

Edit: .2 does the same thing.

What version of No$GBA are you using? (Just realized my folly from my last post there...)
Are both No$GBA and No$Zoomer in the same directory?

Thanks for the help.
