so all i have to do is use that code and save as EEprom 64kb?

Set the savetype to EEPROM 64k, activate the bypass cheat, then reset the game using the File-menu or simply Numpad *, and THEN the game should save and load normally. And yes, apart from setting the savetype (if you saved that one), you have to go through that routine every time you play.

thank you omg i struggeled so much to get this to save.

i was so mad cause i had it under the right back up and put in the cheat but just didnt activate it lol i seriously spent an hour doing the samething over cause i taught my comp was just on crack not realizing i had to click the check mark on the cheat!

but still thanks so much for the help

Delete no$gba.ini file in your emu's folder, and try again.

Nope, still no good. & also after I put in the cheat code & try to reset the emulator, that also crashes the rom.

If you follow my instructions from post #22 by the word, it should work. It did for me and, appearantly, for a couple of other users.
If the game crashes on restart, you might want to make sure you have set the "Reset/Startup entry point" to "Start cartridge directly".
If that doesn't work, try moving the files BIOSNDS7.ROM, BIOSNDS9.ROM and FIRMWARE.BIN to a seperate folder. For most occasions and purposes, No$ doesn't need those files anymore, anyway.

Now it seems to be working. Ofcourse using the saveformat you've told us, but the most importnant part was the EU codes given by drwhojan through weblink.

Its always best to apply the code yourself, put the code into your game, It will work on a real r4 cart
