I was using the older version of NOZ the virus happens now and then, But the new version it quite common to get this so called virus!

You could try a virus program that will disinfect it!

Some of the code may have the caracterisitics of a virus...that does not mean that it is one. All a virus scanner does is it checks for code it thinks may be malicious. The stronger the AV software the more likely false positives will appear.

For instance a trainer will usually be seen as a virus as it's designed to modify and actively change the code of a game.

just as schumi said, it most likely false positive.
nothing went wrong since original file till final translated file.
i'm using eset smart security (ESS) / NOD32.

false positive result probably caused by the packer i use to compress the file, but i can ensure you it is safe.

He meant .exe packer, not the archiving software.

Is there a way to scale 4:4 for multiple monitors? The maximum I can select is 4:2, which works, but doesn't fill the second screen very much. I tried editing the noz.ini file's scale setting:

4:2 = 10
4:1 = 9
4:0 = 8
3:3 = 7

so logically,
4:3 = 11
4:4 = 12

However, setting it to 11 resulted in no video output, and 12 gave an array out of bounds error.

I took a screenshot, but it won't let me attach, even if I zip it first.

Grr.... Gotta Download again. That AVG 7.5 gave me a warning that NOZ_en_2.32_by_setya5785.exe is infected with Trojan Horse PSW.Banker4.ALLT, and instantly deleted it. But I saw your posts, so I think that is a false positive.

This add-on program has nothing to do with any game capability. If the game is playable with just the emu itself, then it should work even if you are using the add-on.

hi, i am the author of NOZ. It's very interesting that you use NOZ like this and i am wondering if you are putting one monitor on the top of the other :-).

Anyway, i am using a different logic in the SCALE MODE menu. It is the TAG value of the menuitems for the software to determine what scale parameters should be applied. If you want to use 4:4, very simple, you can change the TAG value of a menuitem , say 4:2, to 44 (from current 42), you see? 42 represents 4:2, the caption is just a caption and has nothing to do with the scaled result. Good luck! Hope to see your screenshot! Or photo?

To Setya5785,

Thank you for your translation! I like it very much, actually i am using your English version myself cause the adjusted menu looks more pretty!

There is only thing i think maybe you have misunderstood. The first submenuitem under No$gba Menu is still No$gba Menu . Actually it is a command to restart the emulator if the emulatior is not running . For examply, if you have quit the game by ESC , then you can restart it via this command. So i think it should be translated into Run Emulator or something like that.

I am not really sure what you mean by setting the TAG, there is nothing in the ini file like that. Would I need the source code or the program that made it or something?

Sorry that I forgot this is a Delphi term. I think it is called Reserved Word value in standard windows programming. It's nothing to do with .ini file, and you dont need source code. You can edit this value in the menuitem resources with a tool like Exescope (open .exe file directly).
