Ive corrected the settings,

I just have no idea how to save in the game!

does anyone know from experience?

You save the game normally as you would on a DS after having set the correct savetype in no$gba.

If you are new then I advise you do a fair bit of searching first as most questions you will have, have already been answered numerous times.

I said save the game as you would on a normal DS.

Does a DS have a start or options menu?

Something tells me you don't even have a DS...and if you don't have one then you have no business using this emu as you probably don't have a legal cartridge of the game to create a dump from either.
I will not help you any further. All the info is available via just a bit of common sense and searching.
