GBA does not use Wifi. ¬¬
We are talking about GBA emulation, not NDS...

1) Only if you use a Flashcard, use a cheating device or if you know how to dump your save file from your cartridge.
2) Allways at the top floor.
3) "Slot" folder is intended for ROMs, "Dotcode" is for e-Reader cards dumps/rips.
4) You can battle, chat, and trade there.

Use some proper english, please! Normally, I rarely complain about it, but the fun ends when I'm unable to decipher any one sentence in a post. But then again, if someone lacks the common sense of either using the search function of browsing through the first 2 pages of threads...

when you say "dump your save file from your cartridge", are you implying you can transfer pokemon through pal-park between a gba rom and the nds rom?

No. [Not even close ¬¬]
I mean, extract your game save information into a file from the cartridge to your computer.

You'll have to open the cartridge, use a special cable to connect the cartridge flash memory to your computer and then use a special sofware to read/dump the information saved in it.

There are two types of e-reader cards, standalone and link.
Standalone are used with the e-Reader ROM only.
The "link" ones are also used with the e-Reader ROM but you are supposed to be emulating link with another game also.

Ripping/dumping them from an e-Reader card? ¬¬
Seriously.
Knowing the forum rules, do you really have to make that question?

So...
You should Google it and start reading...

You could:
1) Use a special "custom made" hardware to scan the dot codes.
2) Use a high quality/detail scanner. [some emulators can use bmp image files of the dot codes]
3) Use a microscope/magnify glass to read the card's dot codes and write your one binary file.
