Set To realtime auto in settings...

With Real-Time Auto,the speed should be in normal.If the speed like somehow fast,then it's cause the 10% Ultimate Disaster.

Yes it would somewhat....try running other things on your PC to stress it sufficiently.....try running myZoom and applying one of the larger filters...that sort of thing
