NO$GBA Filelist Creator

Now you don't have to write your own Files.lst list for use with NO$GBA! I've developed and written a program where you select the folder(s) where your ROMs are located, then select the folder where your NO$GBA files are located and WHAZAM!

You've got yourself a Files.lst with appropriate names and full paths to the ROMs, in case they're on a different drive or folder.

WINDOWS:
The program is free, of course, and requires the .NET Framework, version 2.0 to run. Most new computers running XP or Vista have this pre-installed. If not, you can download the framework from Microsoft here.

LINUX/UNIX
The program should also work under most Linux-distros using Mono. Download here.

CD into the directory where you've downloaded NFC, then type:

All OSes:
Please let me know if you find any bugs, have any suggestions for improvements, or anything relevant.

Works great for me! Should be a really helpful tool for those people who, like me, weren't even using the files.lst file to load games.

Not really...
Look closer at those numbers at the beginning of the names of those ROM dumps.
That indicates "another" thing...

Despite that, it is a very useful app if you have a LOT of ROM dumps in your HD...

Pretty usefull, thanks.

Regardless of how many games you have it does speed up loading rather than browsing a folder like normally which depending on how weak your PC is and how much stuff you have in that paticular folder it could hang for a bit at first whilst all the mini icons and everything is propperly loaded so this avoids all that.

I don't want to say anything but look at those lists very carefully.. Nobody have alots of ds games anyway because there is other way, never mind.

Nice program but would be nice to have NDS artboxes include.

This is not about the number of ROMs he has, but, as es3ado said, their names indicate that he downloaded NDS scene releases. But this is about the OP, not the app, and it looks like mudlord already gave his opinion about the issue.

Gonna try that app now.

Yes, the app itself is not illegal at all, so why ostracise if the developer has a bunch of scene releases? I'm sure we all at one point in our lives went the illegal route, so why are we pointing this specific person out on that, when they are only trying to show a app that can be used for legit purposes? Sure, asking tech support for downloaded ROMs = bad, but this person is clearly not asking support, but rather showing thier app supports a large number of DS files.

EDIT: For the record, the program is in no way illegal, and the files depicted in the screenshot are NOT downloaded roms, they are .txt-files renamed to .nds for illustrative purposes, so you guys can see how the program works. End of discussion. =)
