try to have the least programs and services running
because no$gba is CPU intensive, this may help a bit

maybe [just a theory] but may be you could run it in safe mode....... just a thought

im afraid not
there are no plugins that enhance the speed of no$gba, what you have is all you get

Only thing you can really do is try changing the renderer and any of the emulation speed options (which mainly just increase or decrease frameskipping).

If it has something to do with the game's internal clock, you can fiddle with Windows's time/date. If it isn't, then apart from using a different CPU and graphic renderer setting, you can only press + on the numpad for turbo.

if u want a little boost try NDS2xGL2 <-- aside from making the 2 teenie-weenie monitors usable, it sorta boosts the speed from 2% - 20% (probably from the frameskipping feature)
thx 2 dis, my pokemon diamond moves in realtime

Well if you want kind of a fast-forward button (not meant to make a game running badly run faster) then you can press the '+' button your keyboard apparently.
