2.4D Wi-Fi (For Pokemon Diamond & Darkness Exploration Team)

Hi Guys, I am a keen NoGBA fan and been using 2.6 to play my games smoothly. I heard that only 2.4 had Wi-Fi capabilities so I have both, 2.4 to do Wi-Fi stuff and 2.6 for smooth single player game play.

But I need help on how to make Wi-Fi on 2.4d work for my Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2 : Darkness Exploration Team. I am pretty far in the game and yes I can save the game but I wanted to really try the Wi-Fi Capablities. This is also the same for my Pokemon Diamond.

Any Help on how to set up the Wi-Fi feature for No$Gba2.4d?

Whoever told you no$gba 2.4d had support for wifi, lied (willingly or due to ignorance, doesn't matter). No released DS emulator has any "advanced enough" wifi capabilities to be used on commercial games. That is due to the wifi hardware not being completely documented and the lack of interest on that feature while some basic features are still not polished enough.

Not to mention as far as I know the WiFi capabilities are nothing special for that game. Pretty much all you can do is if you get defeated then you can choose to wait for a friend to get from the dungeon through WiFi.

What shash said is correct.

There are no further thoughts to be had on this.

On that very page there is some further info which you should be viewing. Specifically the info under the first asterisk. It still applies.

The WiFi implementation does not yet work for any commerical products (which obviously includes games).

As I said, from what I heard the WiFi features for this game are nothing special anyways so it's not too great a loss for this game.

We already said that nothing works yet...we discussed what you saw a few posts up already and I pointed out that you had to take a look at the asterisk extra info to see that martin himself said that the WiFi does not work practically yet for commerical games and also not quite for Pictochat...it hangs instead of connecting propperly.
So you can't access or use anything WiFI!!!

It's in the firmware you dump from your DS and only shows up in no$gba if your select the firmware as the startup point instead of loading the game directly.
