Okay, I'm a little new to emulators/no$gba, and wanted to know if there is any way to change the settings for the emulation of the ds start screen, you know with the screen name, clock, date, ect., just out of curiosity, because if I try to change the settings, it does like a normal ds does, 'shuts down', in which it closes the emulator. Then I re-open, and the changes are not there, just back to the same thing.
P.s. If there was already a topic about this, sorry I didn't check, but dial up takes a long time to load up topic pages, and I don't have all the time in the world. Thank you.

No.
You have to change any firmware settings on your DS and then redump it to your PC.
