Hoshigame Crash

Well, I've been searching around the forum for info about this crash, but seems that everyone states that Hoshigame is fully playable and never comment about the crash.

The crash always happens in the middle of a battle, some times it won't happen.

Any reason?

Indeed, I did look up on that topic.

The people there just complain about the crash that happens when you open your inventory on DQJ and on the S Rank Island and that it's similar to the Hoshigami crash. It should be fixed in the next version of NO$GBA, that would be 2.6.

So I will re-dump the rom from my friends game and see if the problem is fixed, which I doubt.

Nah, it's fine as long as I dumped it from an original cartridge.

I think the reason of the crash is because of the speed up function, since I only seen it happen while I was pressing the + key (speeds up).

Did press '+' really speed up the emu.I don't think so.Set to 10% ultimate disaster to speed up the emulator.

Yes, pressing + does speed up the emulator as long as the emulator is set to Auto.

It's hard to play the game if you are at fast the whole time, I only do that to skip the enemy turn and spells quicker.
