Zelda touch screen problems

When playing Zelda Phantom Hourglass I get stuck on the pirate girl boss. After hitting her three times you have to rub the screen to disarm her, but i just cant get it to work on my computer! Has anyone else been faced with the same problem and have any suggestions? Changing the speed settings doesn't have an effect for me.
Heres my save file in case anyone just wants to beat it for me

Hi, if u play if u play in unlimited disaster 50% ,it works fine. I m sending the save after defeating the pirate. good luck
