how to donation no$gba

i want to register the no$gba ,but the paypal link on no$gba website show me the message:

This recipient is currently unable to receive money.

the money orders,cheques,moneytransfers method for me is not acceptable.

email to nocash-pub # elbinsel.de have no response

In that case, donations can't be made at this point in time. Its been discussed to death already.
