Why are you just creating skins which are simply idiotic?
Ok don't get angry, I know its hard to create one.
The first 2, Pure Black and Pure white are the best in all above.
Why? Because the Skin in any game should be flowing so that game screen can be properly viewed!
If we add odd elements to skin like tattoo or special icon, It will divert our eyes to that often while playing and will frustrate us in seeing dark games like Splinter Cell Chaos Theory.
At last I would only say that create a skin which is in flow.
I respect your art, your skills, your creativity and most of your hard work but it will be wasted if you create such lol skins posted afterwards the pure white.

If you get distracted by the images of the skins, thats just your inability to focus on your game, dont just go blaming the skin because you can just take it off or change it anytime you want. And what do you mean which is in flow, I dont get what your talking about at all.
Do you mean the images on the screen, so what there gonna be hack off anyway when your playing and theres enough allowance on the corners either. Dont complain about the skin because your reason is being distracted and sucking at playing.

Every one on earth gets distract by many kinda these stuff.
If you are not getting distracted then you have a good focus!
And I think you didn't read the line about SP Chaos Theory.
If you read it carefully then you must have come across the phrase about the darkness.
I don't know about you but I don't think that human eyes automatically adjust on dark place having bright background.
Why we can't see direct towards sun for a while after leaving a dark room?
If your stupid mind have thinked over it then you would have probably yourself got the meaning of the what I yelled above.

I did thats why I said you could just take it off, and if thats what you mean by being in flow with the game then I understand. You would get distracted if you just found out or just saw it while playing but youve already saw it before playing and inspect it enough to know that it have stuff on it and to think that you have to change the skin, I guess thats enough to not get distracted while playing. And besides I didnt said anything about the darkness. And your looking at it at the same time its not like your just staring in darkness and started playing the game.
And if Im superman then Im the luckiest guy on earth.

to all skin user, pick any skin suit your need and choice
to all skinner, critics are a way to improve, so look at the bright side kay

not really, you can use any image editing application that can handle BMP 24 bit (for NOZ), even M$ paint can get the job done. though with much more work
there' some other free app like paint.net and GIMP

I supose transparty should match the same colour as the pic in order for it to blend in?.

Try changing the refresh rate, i think the ideal is 20-30 but try the others to see whats better.

Ok...20 refresh rate make the game's speed turn to normal.Just what this refresh rate is.Did it make the game faster when we lower the number or fps etc.?

Its like like the FPS(frame per second) like what you most see in tools like this, I guess this is because nosgba have no frame limiter so it tends to fastforward at most games(though not really sure). Lowering the numbers doesnt always make it better, because some games runs faster or slower hence settings may differ.

i don't think that affect no$gba itself but how fast noz re-draw no%gba display (maybe)
nothing really change for me whter i use 20 or even 100
