Yeah i know that i should have darken it a bit but its not the original image or a bigger one at that so its a bit rough around the edges and clouds chin is kind of cut off, the one I use is from a PSP wally so its small and I'm not good at making a render so I'm still looking for a better image of Fenrir in a nice angel. And I'm changing the rotated image. And I'm just starting to look for pictures, I just finished eating dinner. Also I also tried to add the square square thingy on the top screen though I dont know how to do it, so im just gonna cut it off in some image two and hop that it looks well.

nice one, almost look like DSLite with it's decal skin
it would be mopre appealing if you use displacement map technic/filter (though it would certainly be easier to work on my original psd file :P )to place the new image though, so you could preserve the curves, lights and shadows so it won't appear flat *for more realistic effect

btw, if you have the original image of have any other image you want to put in there, i would love to help *using No$GBA-4-DS white as a base.

I'm new on photoshop so I'm still not familiar on filters and still experimenting on things especially the shadows and lightings, it would really help to have that psd file.

Thats actually one of the problem I have is not having the original image or a better one.
Its easier to do it with the white base but colored images will look better on dark background. Just the black wouldnt look good without lightings and stuff.Still looking for a good picture.

or better i still don't know how to do this with photoshop:

ok i open photoshop,add the normal nds skin bmp image once open i look for the picture i want to add what do i do from there so the image i choose will get in top of the nds skin i first add? can you please add a tutorial on how to do this at least iam new to photoshop and iam a bit lost.

woa, 4.5MB rar file, what's in there ?
that white NDS was made based on a tutorial that can be found at Design a Nintendo DS Lite in Photoshop! you can follow that tutorial.
i simply follow that (with some tweak here and there), and get the result i want.
ps: there's also a psd file at the end of the tutorial to make it easier

When I compared No$GBA-4-DS White edition with the Black one,why the White's mic's part is different from the the Black one.The Black skin had nice designs than the White one to me on that part.

my No$GBA-4-DS skin differ between teh black and white one, where as teh black use real NDS image product adn the white one use an image created using photoshop (not a real NDS image). that's why

take a look on the rar file i add is the psd i use i just want you to see if you can do something with it thats all. ^_^ the is great thanks but iam still lost on the add a pic to the nds thats what i really want it. T_T

Ive made the image look darker for jvhellraiser and changed the emblem also i added a tifa fenrir wip. I still need to move Tifa cause shes blocking the bottons but i might have to cut a few sides because it looks like the bike is small and making a normal Tifa skin.

Thanks for the site Tyo, now to find a way to make the black look nice.



EDIT:there reuploaded, but i didnt have any problems also make sure you got all of the contents cause maybe you got the wrong configuration setting.

actually i tried the no border image or no nds console just the image but failed because of the edges and I need to edit the ini file which is i only open once when trying to make a transparent top screen but the running top screen disappeared, i get lazy doing things like that. Well good luck to you too on making a new skin

Hmm...I hope you could search for a real NDS image.Although the White one is made using a photoshop,it's still had a nice-looking..

thanks for fixing it i still have transparency problems in the first skin bottom right use a dark wallpaper then you will see it then..

i just download it and it runs great, it is completely awesome there is just one problem when you right click on it and check off "Use Skin"



and thats when this program goes giant and doesn't even fit on my screen any more



im not complaining its just that some people might want to quickly switch back to no skin mode for some random reason.

ps: if u could put a quick switch between skin in the menu that would be awesome

You change the scale option to 1:1 because it was set to 2:1 thats why your having problems.You got to press right-click by the way.

just press printscreen or alt+printscreen and paste on any image editor
