Hotel Dusk and 3-D Renderer

I'm noo :D!

It is absolutely impossible for me to play Hotel Dusk: Room 215. It is sooooooooooooo soooooo choppy, and I don't get far before I lose patience with the god-awful sound and slow animation. The furthest I've played it on an emulator is to the point to where I have to push the door open.

I'm a total newb with emulators and stuffs, so here's my question:

Is there absolutely any way at all for me to set the 3D Renderer to "none" and have the game play normally? This is the only thing that I can do to make the game run at a proper and constant speed.

Uhm. I don't know about my hardware. I have this sticker that says "Graphics by ATI" and one that says "intel/celeron M/inside" but I don't know what those are. I'm guessing it's relevant...also I'm using Vista. YES VISTA. AND I LIKE IT.

Thank you soooo sooo much for your help. I love you all n.n

Actually this game is unplayable at this stage as it crashes fairly early on.

And no...aside from changing this in the emu options there is no way to speed it up...and even that does not yield any magical increases...

So nothing that can be done about it. All you can do is wait for future versions and hope they improve the emulation of this particular game.

In the meantime play the game on your DS.

iDeaS is good, but for me very slow and I doubt that Hotel Dusk will run better then on our precious No$GBA.
