Sorry I'm new here and need help

Hey guys, I have been trying to test Yu-Gi-Oh! Nightmare Troubadour, and I have been able to get my hands on the rom a few times. However, I can't find an emulator that is compatible, and I was wondering if anyone here can help me with my problem.
