save problem with Phoenix Wright -Ace Attorney

yeah, save problem again.
I had read the faq and search this forum and come out nothing, so have to ask the expert here.

I set the NDS catridge as EEPROM 64K and saved option and reset the game.When I wanted to save the game, it kept saying SAVE FAILED.
what now?

try deleting the old save in the save folder, then restarting it again.

The correct save type for the 1st PW game is FLASH 512Kbytes. The other two are EEPROM 64Kbytes.
