Sadly, I have try many times.
The program that I have in the folder are a nds rom, the encryption tool, though they are not in the folder named no$gba, I just seemly renamed the folder to DS.

Will that have any affect on this?

Maybe I will try will a need new slate.

EDIT: it seem to work with Windows XP.
Too bad not for earlier windows.

hmm...well, personally, i don't have ME or 98SE anymore but i think it should work fine on the ME os. For the 98SE, that's kinda....old. lol but that's probably where you'd had trouble. Anyone wanna help me clarify whether it works on these OS's or not? and if its not about the OS, then try finding another program file. Otherwise, its just your rom file that's corrupted.

ohhh and about that, try seeing if your rom's corrupted. I tried with one of my roms (legal of course) and i kinda messed it up while backing it into my computer, so the tool didn't work for me. Just try and see if the rom you have is a good dump. Otherwise, you'll get no results even if you do this and that. lol

I believe the encryption tool doesn't work with Windows 98 SE and Windows ME, The rom is not corrupt because I got to use the tool on an Windows Xp computer and it worked just fine.

Or I must have overlook something and it might work for the Windows listed above.

This is my conclusion as of now until I try again.

To tell you the truth, I don't think it is completely solved.

EDIT: It also works on Windows 2000.

I am not sure about any other requirements.

About XP, I am not sure about that because It doesn't work for some XP computers at my college.

I only wish that NO$GBA would support screen rotation. Games like Brain Age play great, but cannot be rotated.

Unfortunately, I can't get either of those to run Brain Age. NO$ is the only emu that seems to run it right.

I'll wait for the update.
