It simply has the debugger running in the background the whole time...something which iDeaS and no$gba don't have unless you pay for it and then specifically load it on that version.
And no there is nothing you can really fiddle around with so Transformers will not work.

I hope the developer will work on it because it is very long time. I know he have a life but open source would be nice for someone else to work on it if he wants to but I hope he is working on it secretly.
