hi i really need help the white in the middle in always at the bottom when
in run my game and the screen is black if you can help please reply

Well according to sigmax's posts on the link below it has something to do with your graphics card...some setting or something, that's to fix the bar.
NeonDS 0.1.1 Released!

The black is either because you have not clicked the run button or the game is simply not supported.
Take a look at the wiki site for tested games and reported statuses.
