NextGL Win2K/Dialog fix

Ok, I think I've finally found the problems that Win2K/XP users have been having. I've fixed the dialog code, and have tested it on a Win2K machine, and it appears to be working really well

This fix will be in the next release of my plugins. Enjoy!
