NextGL Win2K/Dialog fix

Ok, I think I've finally found the problems that Win2K/XP users have been having. I've fixed the dialog code, and have tested it on a Win2K machine, and it appears to be working really well This fix will be in the next release of my plugins. Enjoy!

Nice work NickK works great now, saves the settings and all. Let us know if there is anthing PSX Fanatics can do for you. Keep up the great work and we look forward to your next releases for both NextGL and Next3D!
