NextGL registry fix test

Since I got a lot of complaints in the past about configuration problems, I've updated NextGL to use an external registry class. It works on my computer, and the code appears to be more solid than what I was using before

I haven't had any configuration problems with this version. On a completely different and peculiar note, the MDECs play just fine in Tales of Eternia but not at all in Tales of Destiny. Strange.

Oh well.
