Burning ps1 games...

i know there are few topics about this already but i didnt find any that would answer to my question propely..so here's the deal;
i downloaded a game,it contains ccd,sub and img files..so with what program and how can i burn it on my cd? =3

PS: oh and i have only these DVD-R1-16x cd's,am i able to burn on them?
