Have a prob with psx to pc
I wanted to connect my dual shock to PC. I went to a store for the converter. He showed me a wire with a printer port plug at one end and an inlet port for the psx joypad. He said that you must get drivers yourself. What do I do now ?

Um...that's unusual. Anyway, my guess from what information you've provided is that the drivers you need are DirectPad Pro (available at http://www.arcadecontrols.com/Mirror.../download.html, among others). Since this belongs in misc PSX emu discussion, I'll move this there.
