Playing bleem1.5b on monstrous Dell

All my games play too fast on my Pentium4 machine. Is there any FPS limiter? I can't find one.

BTW, yes I CAN just use ePSXe but some of my games will only work on bleem.

There is no actual limiter in 1.5b.

That's probably cause your processor runs less than 1.7 ghz
