Games.txt and VGS

Sorry if I asking about this again and again.

But, I need a right or perfect answer.

I still can't use games.txt with VGS.
I have put VGS and games.txt in one Folder/Dir but it really doesn't help.
I've tried it with TOD 2 [savegame bug] and it still same [savegame bug].

Any Idea/s maybe?
