flarestorm

hey i just transfered all my files from my laptop to old mac and one of the files i transfered was digimon world 3 for psx. when i transfered it seemed to have lost its extension. can anyone tell me what extension i should use? btw i'm running flarestorm as an emu. thanks!

Either iso, img, or bin.
