I've ripped this game without errors, I've had no problems. What problem are you having? Is the CD clean? Have you tried a different drive?

The SLUS file (executable) is 592 Kb and system.cnf is only 69 bytes so game certainly has more files. The other files are probably hidden or the disc is multisessioned. Anyway clean the disc and try again with some other programs.

Shendo, this list seems to lack diversity, and greatly is in need of a rehauling. 1 - For Alcohol 120, make sure to increase the retry count to the max (16, the default is 0) 2 - DVD Decrypter also makes ISO's and reburns 'em flawlessly. 3 - you could use ISOpuzzle, if the error numbers are extremely high. Alcohol 120 and Alcohol 52 give up very quickly. Just get a recent WNASPI32.dll from Nero's website. Rant: I saved Gran Turismo 2 this way, wich had more than 160.000 bad sectors (was VERY badly scratched). Works like a charm, either as an ISO or a backup-ed CD. Being unusually damaged, I had to spend 8 hours on it though, but for most discs, it shouldnt exceed 1 hour. Last edited by Hard core Rikki; June 21st, 2007 at 00:32.. |
