General Help

After i extract data from the games they all have worked but i have 5 different file types a .bin, .z, .table, .psm, and a .cue. Which files do you actually need to run the game if not all of them? Im trying to save a little bit of space for more games like final fantasy and the rest of legend of dragoon. Can any one help me here??
