If you use alcohol 120%,
there should be an option called 'image burning',
when you click on that just browse to where your .bin and .cue is and follow the instructions.

another alternative is to that program is Clone CD.

Those offer trial use,
there are freeware burners but I'm only accustomed to using alcohol 120%.

I'm pretty sure that other freeware programs have similar functions.

Double click .cue with just about any program in the world and press "burn". :P

If you don't have a .cue for the bin, use MakeCue.

You'd have to do most of it online though, because retail stores don't carry rusted outdated out-of-print systems/games/accessories beyond extremely minute quantities.
