Any emu with Vibrate?
Is ther e a correct setup for the vibrate on ePSXe? or a emu that plays Crash Team Racing right that has rumble?

ePSXe have a weird vibration implementation which sometimes works and sometimes not.From my experience only MGS and Silent hill were vibrating when I played them. So I suggest you to use another emulator like Psxeven or SSSPSX with the Harakiri's pad plugin or the pSX emulator.

PSXeven has the same problems afaik as Epsxe, so your best bet is SSSPSX with the default SSSPSX Pad Plugin, or pSX.
