No rumble with PS2 Controller

Hello everyone,
I have my Playstation 2 Dual Shock Controller hooked up to the PC through USB Port with a Radio Shack type PS2 to USB plugin, and for some reason with any Playstaion One emulators, (ePSXe, pSX, PSXeven) I have no rumble feature at all. Note on hand that this plugin did not come with any sort of Drivers, it basically came with nothing but the plug. Any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure radio shack has drivers online, the ones I bought came with a CD, why yours didn't is beyond me...

So Radio Shack has those Drivers Online?

UPDATE: I checked all over Radio Shack but only found the past PSX to USB Drivers Online, unless I mislooked. I e-mailed Radio Shack with my details, so hopefully they may be able to clear up why I don't have any Driver's at all with my 'USB to Playstion 2'. I hope that they can come up with something at least. But seriously, mine never came with another sort of Driver, because that was the first thing I looked for. I technically plugged it in, and Windows XP detected it. By the way, in case anyone needs to know the details, my PC Specifications go as the following:

Operating System: Windows XP SP2
Video Card: 128MB ATI Radeon PRO 9800
CPU: 2.66GHz Intel P4 Processor
Sound Card: Got to look sorry, I'll be sure to update this as soon as possible.
DirectX Version: 9.0C
Joypad's trying to use: PS One Joypads plus my Dual Shock Joypads, my only problem seems to be no Vibration from the Dual Shock.
Manufaturer of USB Converter Unit: RadioShack

Ok, well I hope those details are practically enough, lol. Anyways, I sent the manufacturer (Radio Shack), the details, I'll keep you updated on it, if you wish. I too am still wondering why it never came with any Drivers. I do remember the last time I bought a PS2 to USB from them, it came with a Floppy Disk, but it also didn't support the Rumble Feature as well. I hope this can get cleared up, and I hope I don't seem like a pest. I'm not too picky that there is no rumble, I simply just want to know if my USB is capable of producing such an action.

Thank you again for helping me out with this situation

I tried looking but couldn't find it, maybe the admins here will let me post it...

I'll ask them tomorrow...

I appreciate your help Paratech, I just hope I haven't bothered you in any way. I tried looking as stated above in my post. I didn't get to complete it in time before you posted, which my apologies on that behalf. As far as that, the details (Updated Details) are in the post above about the situation.
Thanks again!

I enjoy helping people out as I remember what it was to be a newbie, and I still am a newbie at a few things in emulation.

The last 2 Playstation to PC USB cables I purchased were on a miniCD and a regular CD, although I had one on disk...

Damn, I've purchased enough Playstation to PC adaptors! LOL

Raido Shack Is nearly worthless by me. But like the other guy said, they proboly have drivers online, radioshack isn't very good at keeping their products together.

Sorry about the long delay in update. I did e-mail RadioShack and both of you turned out correct. Apparently a Driver CD is missing from my RadioShack USB plug, which they want an extra $7 for the replacement of the CD I never had gotten, but that's fine with me, as long as it makes rumbling work again. I appreciate both of you for your time and help.
