GameShark CDX card image?

Anyone know if these are floating around? I have the CD (an old v3.3) but that doesn't do me much good since my laptop lacks a PSX memory card slot. ;p and I don't really want to hunt around for a PSX DexDrive since I so rarely use these things.

I use pSX so PEC isn't really an option. (someone tried to hack together a little pSX-compat version but it doesn't really work very well)
