Help Required In Memory Cards

I play TEKKEN3 on connectix virtual game station using p4/Xp patch. I want a memory card (.mem) file with everything unlocked i.e. tekken ball, theatre mode etc. Please help. I you have it please send it to neo28071989@gmail.com

Well, for start you posted in the wrong section. *Moved*

As for saves, you can find them on gameFAQs.
After you download the file convert it with a PSXmemtool.

VGS is pretty outdated, i recommend that you try pSX emulator(easy to use and it is up to date).
