Forum Chek O4?

Here's my problem, i have Croc: Legend of the gobbos, and i love it, but my disc is too scratched, and i can't find a used copy anywhere.

Luckily i backed up an iso on my PC before it stopped. I found a tutorial on burning games without a modchip, it said something about Forum Chek O4, but i searched everywhere, and i only got some warez download which i couldn't access.

Does anyone know anything about this program and/or where to get it, i would really appreciate it. Thanks.
