acecombat 2 code request

I have been trying to make a code for PEC for ace combat 2 that makes the jf-2a playable aircraft but I can't get it right. could somone make this one code. also what is the plug in for pec? I don't know were it is.

It's not a sticky, it's just linked to in the FAQ...

And if you ever want to rewrite it with a better/different description or pictures or whatever, feel free to do so.
