Super Dual Box Advance

Hey all,
I've been searching all over the past 2 days for info on the super dual box advance. I noticed this is one of the few sites that actually had some relevant threads.
I've tried downloading all the different drivers I could find, but when I open up my control panel -> game controllers I see:
Twin USB Joystick OK
Twin USB Joystick OK

It seems that the other 2 screen shots I saw of people posting this window had more descriptive names. When I go into to properties I don't get the Playstation screen I saw here: Mayflash Limited from China (at the bottom). It's just a generic set up and doesn't recognize any button presses.

Anyone ever deal with something like this? Anyone help would be much appreciated.
