Need to extract Sounds and Sprites

I've been trying to find utilities for extracting sound effects and sprites from Xenogears, but have been unsuccessful.

If anyone could point me in the right direction (I've scoured through Zophar already) that would be awesome.

How about PSound and PSicture? I haven't been around the PSX scene in a few years, and it seems like the website for these programs is now dead. The files are over 3 years old now (but that's only young when you think of other programs, especially ones archived on Zophar's Domain!).
