Here you go ;p
PEC CMGSCCC Code Database I did all the work for you. It has just about a database of codes for every PSX game out there already formatted to work with PEC. It supports notes, quanities, master codes, ect. If you find any problems, let me know and I'll fix them asap. |

Hey Slynderdale, great sites you have there.
I have a slight problem. Some of the larger database, such as Suikoden 2, do not load properly on Firefox or IE. I wonder if it's just me or is there a slight problem? Thanks. Validation Results - W3C Markup Validator Last edited by IronicMan; June 5th, 2007 at 02:23. |

This is a great thread. I was manually entering the codes for the games that I had to play. I've frequently come across a minor typing area in the code rar files that should be corrected however.
It's a minor change, but overall it will cut down the code lists tremendously, especially on larger games. The item mod codes specifically with games that boast a high number of playable characters. The error I see is this. This is a sample from Valkyrie Profile. "Aelia Codes\Weapon Modifier 801E08D4 0??? $000 Nothing $001 Elixir $002 Banish $003 Union Plume $004 Prime Elixir $005 Prime Banish $006 Noble Elixir $007 Noble Banish $008 Spectacles $009 Creation Gem $00A Creation Jewel Not much by itself, but when you have this with every single character, it can darn sure pile up into a ton of lines. To cut this short, a much simpler method of writing it would be like this. #Valkyrie Profile#SCUS-00000 &VPWEAP $000 Nothing $001 Elixir $002 Banish $003 Union Plume $004 Prime Elixir $005 Prime Banish $006 Noble Elixir $007 Noble Banish $008 Spectacles $009 Creation Gem $00A Creation Jewel "Aelia Codes\Weapon Modifier 801E08D4 0??? %VPWeap Now the list of items that fill in the Weapon Modifier slot occurs only a single time, at the very top of the code list. Then on every character with the weapon modifier code, you just put the code, and below that the %VPWeap line, this would shorten some of the codelists a lot, lowering the size, significantly for the Valkyrie Profile list. I think a complete codelist would take a lotta time to achieve. Much free time would be required to enter all the games in the database...
I prefer just having in my codelist the games that I play, I don't need the others.

Sorry about my absence, I was a bit busy. I just wanted to give you an update on my PEC Database Site. I know about the recent errors and I'm working on totally overhauling my PEC Database to make it compatible with all the games. This includes Star Ocean, Valkyrie Profile, Suikoden and the others. So expect an update soon my friends.

I have a problem with the FF9 codelist. The codes work and they are great, there are manies and more that i could ever dream of, but the way they are arranged is a complete mess sometimes. Name modifier codes section contains hp/mp etc... modifiers for each character, some card-related sections contains some in-battle related codes... It's difficult to retrieve a cheat sometimes.
