How do you run PS2 isos???

I have an iso of DDR SuperNova.. (not a simfile for stepmania) and I'm trying to run it with Pcsx2... the files are
Dance Dance Revolution SuperNova.r00
Dance Dance Revolution SuperNova.r01
Dance Dance Revolution SuperNova.r02
ETC...
Dance Dance Revolution SuperNova.r25

each .rXX file contains a Dance Dance Revolution SuperNova.ISO <--- but it is a zipped/rarred file format... and it also contains Dance Dance Revolution SuperNova.MDS
